Here are the possible returned values and what they mean:

  • Normal -

  • Overweight -
    You need to address your weight issue as you are currently at additional risk for Heart disease, diabetes and some cancers.
  • Obese (Class I) - (not good)
    You are at risk of developing additional health-related problems at this level. It is important to get your weight under control as quickly as possible by reducing your weight by about 10%.
  • Obese (Class II) - (very bad)

  • Obese (Class III) - (severe)
